Warranty Obligations
The MIROMARK furniture factory, as a manufacturer of case furniture, guarantees the proper quality of its products and undertakes to eliminate defects caused by the manufacturer’s fault in accordance with the conditions outlined in this warranty document.

1. Warranty Period
The warranty period for the product is 24 months from the date it is shipped from the manufacturer’s warehouse — provided that the customer complies with the rules of transportation, storage, assembly, and operation.

2. Manufacturer’s Warranty Obligations
The warranty obligations include:
Free elimination of detected defects caused by the manufacturer;
• Replacement of the product or its components in the event of confirmed manufacturing defects;
• Refund of the product’s cost (according to the invoice) if replacement is not possible.
The decision period regarding the replacement of a defective item is 1 to 7 business days from the moment the item is received by the manufacturer.
A mandatory condition is that the customer notifies the manufacturer of the shipment and provides written confirmation of its receipt by the factory.
In case of confirmed manufacturing defects, the faulty item will be replaced free of charge with an identical or equivalent one. If replacement is not possible, the full cost of the item will be refunded to the customer.
The final decision on a complaint is made within 3 to 14 calendar days from the date the item is received by the factory.

3. Terms and Limitations
The warranty covers only factory (manufacturing) defects.
If necessary, the company reserves the right to conduct an expert examination of the causes of the defects by qualified specialists.
In case of disagreement with the internal expert opinion, the customer has the right to initiate an independent examination. The costs of this are borne by the party that loses the dispute.

4. Cases Not Covered by the Warranty
The warranty does not apply to defects caused by:
• Exposure to high temperatures, moisture, aggressive liquids, or abrasive materials;
• Violation of operation rules or use of furniture for purposes other than intended;
• Intentional damage or careless handling;
• Mechanical damage (impacts, falls, cracks, scratches, etc.);
• Storage or use of furniture in damp, humid, or unheated premises;
• Thermal or chemical effects on surfaces;
• Use of inappropriate cleaning agents;
• Modifications to the product’s design, including disassembly, modification, or repair;
• Intervention by unauthorized persons not approved by the manufacturer or seller;
• Natural wear and tear of the product, its components, or accessories;
• Natural disasters or force majeure events (fire, flood, earthquake, accidents, etc.);
• Ingress of foreign objects or liquids into the construction, or damage caused by animals, insects, or external factors.

5. Completeness Check
The customer is obligated to check the completeness of the furniture and fittings within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
If any elements are missing, the customer must notify the manufacturer in writing.

6. Conditions for Refusal of Warranty Service
The manufacturer reserves the right to refuse free warranty service (with the possibility of classifying the request as a paid service) if:
There are signs of natural disasters or force majeure;
• The furniture was used in improper conditions (high humidity, temperature fluctuations);
• Traces of improper care, thermal or chemical damage were found;
• The operation and care instructions were not followed;
• Damage was caused by foreign objects, animals, liquids, or careless use;
• Unauthorized interference, design changes, or attempts at self-repair were detected;
• Repairs were carried out by unauthorized persons or organizations;
• The product was used for unintended purposes;
•Defects existed at the time of purchase but were not reported in time.

7. Repair and Supply Timeframe
If the materials necessary for warranty repair are not available at the factory, the repair period may be extended until they are delivered.
All terms must be pre-agreed with the customer.
The warranty period is extended by the time the product is under repair.

8. Start of Warranty Period
The warranty period begins from the moment the product is shipped to the customer, according to the date specified in the accompanying documents (invoice, delivery/acceptance act).
