Public Offer
This document constitutes the official offer of MiroMark LLC (hereinafter – the “Seller”) to any natural or legal person to conclude a contract for the purchase and sale of furniture under the terms set forth below. In accordance with Article 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, this document is a public offer. Placing an order on the website https://miromark.ua is deemed full and unconditional acceptance (acceptance) of the terms.
1. General Provisions
1.1. The Seller sells furniture through the online store located at https://miromark.ua
1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to the terms of this offer.
2. Subject of the Contract
2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the furniture to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept the furniture and pay for it in the manner and terms specified in this offer.
3. Order Placement
3.1. The Buyer places the order independently via the website or by calling the support service.
3.2. Final order confirmation is carried out by the Seller’s manager.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
4.1. All prices are stated in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH) and include VAT.
4.2. Payment is made either as a prepayment or in full upon placing the order.
4.3. Available payment methods: cash, bank transfer.
5. Delivery of Goods
5.1. Delivery is carried out via courier services or via the Seller’s own logistics.
5.2. Delivery terms and conditions are agreed upon with the manager at the time the order is confirmed.
6. Returns and Exchanges
6.1. Returns or exchanges of goods of appropriate quality are possible within 14 days in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights.”
6.2. Returns of defective goods are carried out in accordance with current legislation of Ukraine and the conditions established by the manufacturer that do not meet the requirements of the legislation.
7. Liability of the Parties
7.1. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier or third-party companies.
7.2. The Buyer is obligated to provide accurate information necessary for order fulfillment.
8. Confidentiality
8.1. The Seller guarantees the confidentiality of the Buyer’s personal data and will not disclose it to third parties, except as required by law in Ukraine.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. This offer takes effect from the date of its publication on the website and remains valid until withdrawn by the Seller.
9.2. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the terms of the offer by publishing an updated version on the website.
