If you received a product that:<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 does not meet your expectations;<br \/>\n\u2022 has a manufacturing defect;<br \/>\n\u2022 or was damaged during delivery;<br \/>\nyou have the right to submit a complaint, request an exchange, or return the product.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is a complaint?<\/strong><br \/>\nA complaint is an official request by the customer to eliminate deficiencies in the purchased product or service. It is submitted in case of defects, discrepancies with the declared specifications, or violation of the contract terms.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Grounds for submitting a complaint:<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 manufacturing defects or damage;<br \/>\n\u2022 incorrect quantity (product shortage);<br \/>\n\u2022 incomplete product (missing details or accessories);<br \/>\n\u2022 product damage during transportation.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Complaint submission conditions:<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>1. Proof of purchase:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 receipt, invoice, warranty card, or other supporting document.<br \/>\n<strong>2. Deadlines:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 24 months warranty from the date of purchase in the case of factory defects;<br \/>\n\u2022 If the defect is not manufacturing-related \u2014 a paid complaint can be submitted throughout the entire service life.<br \/>\n<strong>3. Submission format:<\/strong><br \/>\nA written request must include:<br \/>\n\u2022 buyer&#8217;s details;<br \/>\n\u2022 product information (name, model, article number);<br \/>\n\u2022 name of the part to be replaced (according to the assembly diagram);<br \/>\n\u2022 description of the defect or issue;<br \/>\n\u2022 your request: repair, replacement, refund, or discount.<br \/>\n<strong>4. Photo or video evidence of the defect (if possible).<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>5. Processing time:<\/strong><br \/>\nfrom 1 to 7 days from the date of receiving the request.<br \/>\n<strong>6. Contact information:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 If the product was purchased directly from the Miro-Mark factory \u2014 send the complaint to: complaints@miromark.com.ua or via Viber: +380996700013;<br \/>\n\u2022 If the product was purchased through another store or partner, please contact them directly.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udd39 <strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Important:<\/span> The warranty claim is free of charge if the product has a manufacturing defect or does not comply with the warranty conditions. If the defect is caused by improper use, damage by the customer, or during delivery\/transportation, the warranty claim is subject to a fee or may be rejected if the defect cannot be remedied.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">You may exchange a product if:<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 you received a product that does not match your order (model, size, color, etc.);<br \/>\n\u2022 you want to replace the product with another one (if it has not been used and its original condition is preserved).<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Exchange and return conditions:<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Exchange or return is possible within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product;<br \/>\n\u2022 The product must be in new condition: free of any signs of use, scratches, or damage, and must not have been assembled or installed;<br \/>\n\u2022 Receipt, invoice, and full set of components must be provided.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">How to request an exchange or return:<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>1.Submit a written form including:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 buyer\u2019s details;<br \/>\n\u2022 product to be returned (name, model, article number);<br \/>\n\u2022 product you wish to exchange for (name, model, article number);<br \/>\n\u2022 reason for the request.<br \/>\n<strong>2.Where to send:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 If purchased directly from the Miro-Mark factory \u2014 send your request to complaints@miromark.com.ua or via Viber: +380996700013;<br \/>\n\u2022 If the product was purchased through another store or partner, please contact them directly.<br \/>\n<strong>3. Coordinate the exchange or return conditions with the manager.<\/strong><br \/>\nA price difference may apply and will be discussed additionally.<br \/>\n<strong>4.
